Message: Connection lost with your Bonaire System

Your My Climate appliance did not connect to your home Wi-Fi. Please check your home Wi-Fi status

Your smartphone is not connected to your home Wi-Fi network or the Wi-Fi network to which your My Climate appliance is connected

The setup process has failed
-
The SSID and/or password you entered were incorrect. Start the setup process again. Note that the SSID and password are both case sensitive.

The My Climate device is out of range of the Wi-Fi access point. Move the device to a more suitable location and start the setup process again.

Your access point is not compatible with the My Climate device.

Message: Sorry! No device found

You don’t have any paired device to your account

Please start the initial pairing process.

If was already paired and still getting the message, then go to the settings menu then unpair the device and start the pairing process again.

Message: Failed to send command

Only one person in the household can control the system at any time while using via Home Network. Wait until the other person closes the app, and then try again. If you are sure nobody else is controlling the system, wait 5-10 minutes and try again.

Message: Unable to get the current state

Your My Climate device has been unable to connect to the internet after your initial pairing. Please wait for 5-10 minutes and try again.

Your home internet connection may be down. Check those other devices on the network can still connect to the internet.

Your network’s SSID or password may have changed. Follow the Initial Setup process.

Your My Climate device has been switched off. Ensure power to the unit is ON.

Message: Unable to connect. Please check your internet connection.

Your smartphone is not connected to a Wi-Fi network, and your mobile data is unavailable. Switch on your mobile data or connect to a Wi-Fi network.

The Program function is only available while you are connected to your home Wi-Fi network. Please click on “SWITCH NETWORK” to switch to the home Wi-Fi network and wait for the app to connect with your My Climate appliance
